Judging for CIC can be one of the most rewarding ways to engage with invention education. Engineers, scientists, educators, IP attorneys, entrepreneurs, marketers, and other professionals serve as judges at the CIC each year. Most do it year after year! Here’s what our judges say about why they do it:
Their corporation is committed to community service.
They took part in the CIC as students and feel connected to the program.
They want to motivate and inspire the next generation of inventors.
Their friends are doing it.
Come give back by serving as a model for young inventors!
Without our dedicated volunteers, none of the CIC events would be possible. Our volunteers are the heart of our organization and the only way we can reach over 17,000 young inventors every year! With opportunities ranging from one-time events to ongoing projects, we have something for everyone.
If you have an interest in helping with fundraising or marketing, social media, web site support, networking, event management, judging invention conventions, or office tasks, we would love to hear from you! We know we have a project that matches your talents and the amount of time are able to give.
